Final Fantasy VI Is Coming To PC But Not How You Remember It
The Final Fantasy release schedule for PC has been a little strange. While there have been Final Fantasy games available on PC for quite some time, the order in which they’ve been brought to Steam has baffled fans for quite some time.
Even though this is the case, it looks like fans are going to be getting the one they’ve been waiting for quite soon. Even if it may look a little worse off than you remember it.

Jabs at the new visuals aside, Final Fantasy VI will release on Steam on the 16th of December.
Final Fantasy VI is probably one of the greatest in the long running series for reasons you’ve probably already heard by now. This game has one of the best villains in the series as well as some incredible moments such as the opera scene. It’s easy to see why it’s a fan favourite and it’s nice that the game can reach a wider audience.
The only problem with this port is the visuals. While fans seem offended by them, they’re really not the worst thing that could happen to the game. Even though the new look might not be the best when compared to the original, it’s a small price to pay for new players to experience Kefka’s maniacal laughter.
All we can do now is hope that that rumor of Final Fantasy X HD coming to PC is able to hold true.
