Geoff Keighley Confirms “10 World Premiers” At The Game Awards Show
Ever since I heard Geoff Keighley being described as a human piece of beige, I can’t really look at him the same anymore. Of course, he is the man behind the infamous Mountain Dew incident that was so full of irony that Shakespeare would be jealous and the absolute disaster that was the VGX Show a couple of years ago. Thankfully Keighley wised up and decided to make a decent awards show free of the dumb shit.
While The Game Awards exist for, well, awards, they are also there for developers to reveal some stuff about their upcoming game. Sometimes it’s exclusive gameplay footage that wasn’t seen before or some brand new stuff.

The awards happen next Thursday and Keighley tweeted that there will be 10 awards as well as 10 world premiers. But don’t take my word for it:
10 world premieres. 10 on-stage awards. @thegameawards 2015 next Thursday night live.

This can mean anything, but at least we know there will be some new stuff at this event which can make it worth a watch.
