Bloodborne Patch Preps Game For Its First Expansion
Bloodborne‘s first expansion, The Old Hunters, is nearing release. To prepare the game for its impending launch and add in some more content and fix a few issues before the game launches.
Sony have confirmed the patches contents, which include a new faction, namely The League, who can summon co-op NPCs within the game with a special in-game item.

The Old Hunters releases not long after, and includes new weapons, bosses, explorable locations and more, according to assets released thus far. One of these weapons is Simon’s Bowblade, a sword which transforms into a bow — which has been showcased in the video above.
The expansion releases on November 24, and will set you back R299.00/$20/£16, and is now available to pre-load. If you haven’t yet picked up the game, a Bloodborne: Complete Edition has been listed on the PlayStation Store for $49.99.
