Find Out What Tomorrow Looks Like In The New Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Trailer
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided may just be back on our radars after the release of an exciting new trailer which focuses on protagonist Adam Jensen, new Augmentation powers and new locations in the game.
The trailer comes after journalists were given the first opportunity to play the game and write impressions a couple of weeks ago.
Community manager Sacha Ramtohul, posting on the PlayStation Blog, described some new gameplay additions shown in the trailer:
In Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Adam Jensen is an experienced covert operative, forced to operate in a world that has grown to despise his kind. He’s armed with a new arsenal of gun-arm augmentations, which are featured in our trailer: the Tesla, the Nanoblade and the PEPS.
These augmentations are directly integrated in Adam’s arm (hence their name), and allow you to quickly switch between your weapons and augmentations. It’s all about giving you more tools to approach a given situation any way you want – lethal or non-lethal, combat or stealth, or a little bit of everything!

Two of the new locations were also revealed, namely Dubai and Prague. You should give the trailer a watch, as you can always expect a good one from Deus Ex.
It’s fantastic to be able to get excited about Mankind Divided again with a true-to-form great trailer. After the bullshit ‘Augment your pre-order‘ campaign I and many others were pretty much turned off the game. That is until Square Enix and Eidos Montreal did the smart thing and killed the campaign after all the backlash.
In case you’re wondering what happened to the pre-order bonuses, well the result is proof to all those who tried to defend the ‘Augment your pre-order’ campaign that they were wrong. That’s because those who pre-order the day one edition of Mankind Divided will now get all of those pre-order bonuses for free.
That means day one buyers will get the covert agent skin packs, digital OST sampler, extra in-game mission and digital books. You’re just missing that four day early release.
Funny how the number of people pre-ordering has absolutely nothing to do with giving day one buyers that content. Who would have ever thought?
Now watch the trailer and get excited for Mankind Divided again.
