Bloodborne Game Of The Year Edition Set For Next Month
In case you’ve forgotten Bloodborne is one of the year’s best games, and one that came out all the way back in March. But From Software and Sony aren’t done with the game yet, as there’s DLC inbound titled The Old Hunters, and a Game of the Year edition set for release next month.
A post on the PlayStation Blog has revealed the official release date to be November 27, and the Bloodborne GOTY edition will come packaged with The Old Hunters DLC.

If you need a reminder of what the DLC is about, a brief refresher from the blog details the contents of the pack:
The Old Hunters challenges players to explore entirely new environments, including a monolithic clock tower, filled with Bloodborne’s traditional blend of risk, reward and frightening boss encounters
In addition to new environments, you’ll also gain access to new outfits and weapons to bolster your beast-battling arsenal, including a fearsome new ranged weapon called Simon’s Bowblade. On top of this, The Old Hunters also offers players the ability to go native and transform into terrifying beasts.
You can check out a trailer for the DLC up above.
It’s a bit strange to get a GOTY edition for a game with only one expansion, but if it gives more people the chance to pick up Bloodborne at a great price, then so be it. The game is fantastic, and deserves the success it got.
