Five Nights At Freddy’s Is Being Turned Into An… RPG?
Five Nights at Freddy’s is a game series that rattled off sequels faster than Ubisoft can say “pre-order now” but that wasn’t just wanton milking.
The horror games are immensely popular and while creator Scott Cawthon has no intention of producing another Five Nights at Freddy’s game, the story is complete after all, he is very keen on spinning it off into an RPG of all things.

Is it possible to have a horror RPG? Has that ever been done before? Will this game even be a horror?
“It’s very important for me to say again that there will NOT be a Five Nights at Freddy’s 5. The story is complete, and the Halloween update and new game will not add to it,” Cawthon wrote in a Steam Community post.
“I wanted to use these characters in a new and fun way because they are so near and dear to my heart, and I was excited to work on a type of game that I hadn’t made in a long time.”
Players will create a party from “a huge selection of characters from the FNaF games, including the classic, withered, toy, phantom, and nightmare versions”.
It’s being called Five Nights at Freddy’s World and will release on Android, iOS and PC. Cawthon had hoped to have a demo out by Halloween (obviously) but that won’t be happening. There is no ETA just yet but keep your head to the ground. This one could get interesting.
