E3 2014: EA Sports Is Sporting All Over The Sport With Their Sports
So EA showed us a whole lot of sporty things in their conference rather than, you know… games that actually need marketing and promotion. Let’s be honest FIFA, Madden, PGA and NHL will sell regardless and they’ll sell well every year.
So let’s just get this over with as soon as possible.

We’ll start with the one you actually care about, FIFA 15. The trailer is interesting enough. It’s narrated by Idris Elba and features shirt pulling. What more do you need to know?
Then there is EA Sports PGA Tour which looks pretty in Frostbite 3 but we agreed would be infinitely more fun if you got to actually bludgeon people with a golf club instead simply assaulting balls.
Then we get to Madden NFL 15. I don’t understand how this game works. I’m talking about the actual sport, not the videogame. Thus, instead of actually trying to make sense of any of it, just watch it and tell me what’s going on because I don’t know.
Lastly we find ourselves looking at a trailer for NHL 15. It’s not as graceful as FIFA nor is it as violent as ice hockey actually is. So it’s a trailer that lies. Deal with it.
