Transistor puts players in control of Red, a heroine who wields the mysterious weapon and is set on finding out what power it holds. Players will be able to explore a futuristic city during the course of Transistor, and it seems like the gameplay will be fairly similar to Bastion, being an Action RPG and all.
Not a bad thing in any way, considering Bastion is still an incredible game today. Supergiant Games are known for their magical and engrossing worlds, along with some expert storytelling, so it would be hard not to get excited by the imminent release of their next title.
