Destiny’s Beta Will Be The Biggest You’ve Ever Seen
Bungie is really giving Destiny everything they have, that whole 110%. The game, which looks like a mix between Borderlands and Halo, except persistently online, is receiving a beta in the coming months. Bungie has already expressed how they’re treating it as a full product launch of its own, but now we’re hearing that Destiny’s Beta will be rather massive.
Bungie revealed yesterday that the Destiny Beta will be the biggest test it has ever opened up to players, and that it will have more than enough content to work through without spoiling some of the main title’s surprises. In essence, a little bite of a meal they want you to come back to.

Bungie Community Manager David Dague responded to a fan’s question over the weekend about the size of the Destiny beta, saying that it certainly won’t spoil what the main game has to offer.
“Ever served Bungie as a beta tester? This will be the biggest proving grounds we’ve ever opened up to you before we were go for final launch.”
As part of the weekly Destiny update, Daguew also revealed that players will not be able to recruit NPC’s in Destiny, and that all classes will be able to use every weapon they find, although some may be more proficient than others.
Bungie is set to launch the Destiny Beta in the coming months.
