The Crew Will Have Microtransactions
Is Ubisoft trying to make us lose interest in this game?
The Crew doesn’t have a release date after being delayed from its initial 2013 launch date. We can expect the game towards the end of this year but it will come at a price.

The cost of microtransactions.
The Crew looked promising when it was first announced for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It was good fun when I played it at rAge.
The game will have been delayed for a year by the time it releases. With any luck it will have seen some improvements by then but any changes will be sullied by microtransactions on top of paying full price for the game.
The game will feature real currency and crew credits, either can be used to purchase performance parts. Ubisoft has yet to detail how it is preventing the game from slipping into a pay-to-win model.
At this point I have little to no interest in this game. Especially since it’s releasing amongst titles such as Batman: Arkham Knight, Destiny and more.
Have they learned nothing from Forza 5?
