Another Frustratingly Good Tease For Beyond Good And Evil 2
Beyond Good and Evil is like Half-Life 3. As much as we know it will come eventually, we have no idea when. It’s super frustrating for fans of the series, which number in the millions considering the first title in the series was just so darn good.
The last we really heard from the project was a leaked render in 2009, which apparently showcased a very different look for protagonist Jade. During a recent livestream Ancel and the Rayman Legends development team, this was somewhat confirmed.

A fan happened to ask what had happened to the project, and whether a sequel to the 2003 hit was still in the works. Well, I think the answer to that question is rather clear from the image below.
Jade is looking rather great, no? The new character design is a lot more muted than her famous green outfit from the first title. It fits nicely with the leak from a god 5 years ago, but it again doesn’t really answer the real question fans have.
When the hell are we going to see this game in action? I think we’ve waited long enough.
