Infamous: Second Son Lead Designer Leaves Days Before Release
Infamous: Second Son is releasing in just two days. Two days people! And while I’m incredibly jealous of all of you PS4 owners that will get your hands on the super powered flagship Sony title, I really am happy that it is still looking as awesome as it did when first revealed.
Surprisingly, the Lead Designer of Second Son decided that this was just around the perfect time to leave Sucker Punch, leading to a lot of question about the game’s quality.

Jamie Griesemer left Infamous developer Sucker Punch earlier this month, according to his LinkedIn profile. It’s also amazing how he was able to leave the studio without anyone taking notice until now. Ninja developers these days, I tell you.
The videogame veteran, who has previously worked on nearly the entire Halo series, Destiny and more, confirmed the news on Twitter when asked about it.
“Thanks. I’m excited for people to get their hands on [Infamous: Second Son]. And yes, I have left [Sucker Punch]. Not really talking about it yet, tho.”
Sony then confirmed the news, thanking Griesemer for his dedicated work on one of their biggest titles.
“We can confirm that Jaime Griesemer is no longer at Sucker Punch Productions. We are grateful for all the tremendous work he put into Infamous Second Son, and we wish him the best in his next endeavors.”
Infamous: Second Son releases this Thursday (thank goodness for public holidays) exclusively on PS4.
