Dark Souls II To Be Released Through Steam, Possible Date Revealed
Although Dark Souls II is scheduled to release primarily on Xbox 360 and PS3, there will also be a version for PC. And despite the launch on ‘previous’ generation consoles, there will be ‘next-gen’ technologies included.
Bandai Namco has announced the release date for the PC version of Dark Souls II, whereby it is a bit sooner than a previous rumoured listing from the Amazon Store–who had it at 31 May.

The date of 25 April was found on an advert on Siliconera, however Namco has tweeted that no announcement for a release date has yet been made.
As mentioned above, next-generation technologies will be included and this is particularly good for PC gamers. The PC version is said to be able to run at a resolution of four times that of console, at 60fps. The game will be distributed through Steam.
