The Wolf Is Not Among Us For Xbox Season Pass Holders
Anybody trying to download and play the second episode of The Wolf Among Us – Smoke and Mirrors – on Xbox 360 with a season pass purchased has run into some problems. Our very Marko nearly shed fiery tears over the fact that he was unable to access Episode 2.
If you own a season pass then for some reason Xbox Live refuses to give you what you may have purchased months ago. It’s not isolated to The Wolf Among Us either. It’s a widespread issue on Xbox Live.

Fortunately, Telltale and Microsoft are aware of the problem. Unfortunately, the problem is still ongoing.
Telltale has posted a note on its support forums detailing the issue. “We are aware of the issue on XBOX Live Marketplace affecting Season Pass owners of The Wolf Among Us where the user is still prompted to purchase Episode 2 even though they own the Season Pass,” a Telltale representative writes. “There appears to be an issue on XBOX Live affecting multiple titles with DLC offerings and Microsoft is actively working to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and are hopeful it will be resolved soon.”
A Microsoft representative told Game Informer via email, “Some Xbox Live members may be experiencing temporary service issues with downloading season two of ‘The Wolf Among Us. Our engineering teams are working to fix the problem. In the meantime, our apologies for the interruption.”
It’s a horrible ordeal for anyone affected but it should be fixed soon. We’ll keep you updated.
