Titanfall Beta Starts This Week
Respawn has been keeping us all waiting for a long time, but yesterday the studio finally revealed when they will open their servers to the world for the Titanfall open beta. And really, what’s more romantic than hopping in a Titan and stomping on some foes? Nothing, that’s what.
That’s right; Titanfall will go into beta this Friday, Valentine’s Day, on Xbox One and PC. Sorry Xbox 360 fans, no love for you it seems.

Sign-ups are already open for both platforms via Titanfall’s official website, where you can link your Origin account or simply supply your email address for the chance to get sent a key. Respawn will start sending out keys this Friday and conclude on February 17th, although they have said most players will get a key. So no need to stress too much.
The beta should provide a good avenue for player’s itching to give Respawn’s highly anticipated shooter a go ever since it was announced a long, long time ago. A few lucky people around the world have had the chance to get their hands on it overseas, but this beta will mark the first time we’ll be able to play the title locally. Hopefully the beta also answers questions about whether not having an Azure server in Africa will impact gameplay.
Titanfall will launch on Xbox One and PC come March 14th. The Xbox 360 version will launch two weeks later.
