Sniper Elite Nazi Zombie Army Set For Consoles
Rebellion is currently working on a console version of its Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army series.
In case you’re completely in the dark about what this is, Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army was released a year ago as a horror spin-off to 2012’s Sniper Elite V2. A sequel was then released in October 2013.

Jason Kinglsey, the studio CEO and creative director, commented on the announcement: “We can’t say much yet but it won’t just be a re-package of the first two games – there will be plenty of new content to get stuck into.
“Like many independent developers, we’re still learning the ropes and having a lot of conversations with the platform holders. We’re not at the stage where we can confirm the platforms right now, but we’re fortunate to have experience already from self-publishing on Steam and mobile, so we’re confident it’ll go smoothly.”
The announcement of a console version came with news that Nazi Zombie Army had surpassed half a million in sales across retail, Steam and Rebellion Gamestore.
Furthermore, the good news came with more good news, which is that in celebration of the milestone and the series’ first birthday, both games have been discounted on Steam and Rebellion Gamestore. The full series can be bought for $6.25, or each game can be acquired individually for $3.75.
In other related news, back in March 2013 Rebellion and 505 Games announced that Sniper Elite 3 is in development for current and last gen platforms.
