Why Bethesda Isn’t Talking About Fallout 4
Many fans are eagerly anticipating news of Fallout 4, especially since it’s one of those games where we already know it’s coming, but there’s just nothing to go on and all we can do is wait.
And that Fallout 4 troll that happened towards the end of last year didn’t help one bit.

Now, we’ve gotten official word from Bethesda game director Todd Howard on Fallout 4, and it’s probably not the news that fans want to hear.
Howard was approached on the DICE Awards red carpet by Rock Paper Shotgun, and when quizzed about Fallout 4 he reiterated that Bethesda will not be discussing the next game in the series for a while to come.
“We don’t,” Howard responded when asked whether Bethesda had a timeframe for an official announcement and unveiling, “But I think it’s gonna be a while.”
“We’ve gotten fairly used to all the questions and curiosity over the years,” he continued.
“Everyone wants information. Right now, we’re just trying to figure out which of our ideas are going to stick and finding an appropriate time to talk about it.”
Strangely, one of the game’s voice actors said that an announcement is due soon.
If there’s one thing that’s clear, however, it’s that Fallout 4 is messing with our fragile emotions.
Either way, patience is the only option we have right now.
