Kojima Reveals Release Date And Interesting Xbox One Content For Ground Zeroes
Hideo Kojima has already spoken about why Ground Zeroes being separated from the full Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain package, saying that the full game is still a long, long way off. But yesterday wasn’t about that, as Konami announced the release date for Ground Zeroes, as well as some interesting exclusive content.
It has already been revealed that the PS4 will receive it’s own exclusive mission, featuring the classic Snake skin from the PS1 ear. That’s all nice and nostalgic, but I don’t really think it holds up a candle to what the Xbox One will get. A similar mission, but a different protagonist, Xbox One users can look forward to taking control of the cyborg ninja Raiden in their exclusive mission, which features alien body snatchers.

Yeah, that just happened.
The trailer above shows off some of the mayhem Raiden is able to unleash, as well as reveal a release date for the expensive demo. You can look forward to your first taste of Metal Gear Solid V on March 18th next year, considering you’re willing to pay the rather high entrance fee.
And hey, maybe we’ll have the Xbox One here locally by then. Maybe.
