Fallout 4 Isn’t Being Announced Anytime Soon
Bad new folks. The people over at Bethesda Softworks, the developers on titles such as The Elder Scrolls and Fallout, have announced that they have no new announcements planned for the VGX awards this Saturday. Including Fallout 4.
VP and PR Manager at Bethesda tweeted yesterday that the company would have no representation at the awards show, and that rumours of a possible announcement were in fact false.

“No, folks. I am not going to VGX. Bethesda is not showing/talking about anything at VGX. Just some PR meetings in LA. Take deep breaths.”
The internet has been holding their breath for weeks following the launch of a potential Fallout 4 teaser website. A while back it was suggested that the website was an elaborate hoax, and that’s seeming more and more probable.
Instead of Fallout 4, the VX awards will be full of other announcements, including some new footage of the most anticipated next-gen title, Titanfall, and possibly news on the future of the Tomb Raider series. Be sure to tune in on Saturday (or early Sunday morning for us locally).
