December’s Games For Gold Is Hardly Christmas Come Early
Do you know what I’ve never heard an Xbox 360 owner say, ever? “Gee, I wish I owned Gears of War!” But hey, if you’re one of the five people with Xbox 360s that somehow missed out on the craze over the course of how many years now (?), you’re in for a treat.
Gears of War — the game that was freely downloadable with every copy of Gears of War: Judgment — will be the freely downloadable Games For Gold offering from December 1st until December 15th.

Then from the 16th until the end of the month, we’ll be getting Shoot Many Robots, which, I mean really if you need more than the game’s name to tell you what it’s about… still, it’s basically just an arcade co-op shooter in which robots are all over the place and you shoot them. Seriously. That’s it.
And that’s about it for December. Meanwhile if you own a PlayStation Plus subscription, you can get GRiD 2 and Borderlands 2 for free this month. What’s that, Microsoft? They don’t actually own those games? Yeah, well who doesn’t own fucking Gears of War, you dicks.
