Discovered by JunkieMonkeys, Square Enix has filed trademarks for Lara Croft: Reflections in both the United States and Europe. Yes, Lara Croft, not Tomb Raider. Weird.

The trademark is definitely for a new game, as the description reads “Computer game software; computer games, consisting of computer software; video game software; video games, consisting of computer software,” and more. We’ve known for a while that Crystal Dynamics is working on a next-gen Tomb Raider title, and we may now have a name to attribute to their new project.
Square Enix have already announced that we’ll hear more about the Tomb Raider re-release that the VGX Awards on the 7th pf December, so could they also be planning for a double dose of Tomb Raider news?
