Rockstar’s New England Studio Is Working On Their Next “Famous IP” Sequel
It’s only been weeks since the release of arguably the best game of this year, Grand Theft Auto V, and already we have rumours swirling around about Rockstar’s New England studio, who is reportedly working on the next big sequel to a famous Rcokstar IP. So stop robbing banks and shooting up friends online for a second and listen up.
The next big sequel is…Rockstar Table Tennis 2.

Of course, I hope I’m kidding, because right now no one really knows what this fairly young New England studio is working on. The studio previously helped with development on Max Payne 3 and the Bully franchise, but has yet to produce a title on their own. The discovery of a LinkedIn profile belonging to a senior graphics engineer at the studio tipped everyone off to the fact that a new game was currently underway, but gave no indication as to what it could be.
In addition to that, the studio currently has 9 open positions on its career page, so pretty soon we could be getting word of some new faces in the company that could possibly help us figure out exactly what they’re working on.
Until then though, just pray it’s not something as stupid as I suggested. But if it’s not Table Tennis, what would you like it to be? A new Red Dead perhaps?
