rAge 2013: We Talk Pirate Assassins With Black Flag’s Realisation Director
Ubisoft was out in full force at rAge, not only with a hands-off demo of Watch Dogs but also a massive stand for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, where players could get their hands on the PS4 version of the game and engage in some pretty awesome naval combat.
We also had the chance to sit down with Antoine Fortier-Auclair, realisation director on Assassin’s Creed IV, to talk about how the series has matured by releasing every year, what Black Flag would be learning from Assassin’s Creed 3 as well as some new details regarding the popular multiplayer.

There’s also a bit of a debate between Antoine and Cavie about how assassins are different to ninjas. Seriously, don’t call Black Flag’s assassins ninja pirates. They’re different, ok?
