Analysts Think That The PS4 Will Probably Outsell The Xbox One This Holiday Season
It was previously reported that Sony’s PlayStation 3 may only be around for a few more years, before Sony shifts all focus to the PlayStation 4. And that sounds very reasonable, because Sony needs to take charge of both the future and the sales of the PS4.
The International Data Corporation has stated that the upcoming PlayStation 4 is likely to outsell the Xbox One this holiday season. The reason for Sony’s console doing better in sales can be attributed to factors such as more consumer-friendly pricing option, as well as a variety of other factors. In other words: games, perhaps?

While this prediction seems very reasonable, Microsoft has been its own-worst-enemy ever since the announcement of the Xbox One. The company not only jumped through various hoops to convince gamers, it also backtracked on its own policies to try to please all gamers. And that’s not all–Sony is also going to have a larger worldwide launch than Microsoft.
Although the first holiday season is very important, it is a mere battle in a long war. The test of time is what really matters, and with what Microsoft has planned and can do with their console, there is no reason to doubt that they could eventually be the superior console.
Literally anything could happen. For now, however, it’s all Sony.
