Gamescom 2013: The Sims 4 — Now With New Emotions
After being previously revealed earlier this year, The Sims 4 is back for more at Gamescom 2013. The Sims has been hugely successful all around the world and it’s one of the very few games that offers interesting opportunities for both males and females enjoy. Mostly females, though.
Targeted for a release in 2014, The Sims 4 is planned to include “emotion-based gameplay,” a feature that is expected to change what the game offers, completely.

According to Rachel Franklin, from Maxis, The Sims 4 will see players’ moods fluctuate: “From angry to flirty, from sad to happy, you can now explore the gamut of human emotions all within the Sims 4.”
Following that, the PC game will have improved home creation tools as well as an advanced character-creator. Players will be able to modify the bodies, faces and even the stride of their Sims.
However, despite all the changes, EA wants to reiterate that the biggest change for the game is the new way to control emotions.
