Will Assassin’s Creed Finally Have A Good Ending?
I did not enjoy Assassin’s Creed III on bit, especially after all the hype surrounding the game months before release. I still maintain that the only good thing about the entire game was the figurine that came with the Collector’s Edition, with nearly everything on the disc being a complete bore fest. So yes, Assassin’s Creed IV isn’t exactly on my list for the end of the year just yet, but those looking for a bit of a change might have something good to look forward to.
More specifically, Ubisoft is confident that the ending to Assassin’s Creed IV will be one of the strongest endings in the entire franchise (which is not really hard). Ok, I promise I’ll stop now.

Assassin’s Creed IV lead writer Darby McDevitt took to Twitter to talk to fans about the narrative structure of the title, explaining that the conclusion will definitely not disappoint fans.
AC4BF will definitely have a satisfying ending, but we always leave room for more. So yes, expect at least a small cliff ha-
What makes this statement important is the fact that McDevitt was in charge of the story in Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, which still has one of the strongest endings in the entire franchise in terms of finality and suspense built for the next entry. Could this balance be present in Assassin’s Creed IV?
Well, I certainly hope so, but in my view the game itself still has quite a lot to do in order to convince previously disappointed fans that this franchise is still worth getting excited about.
