F1 2013 Teases The Classics
F1 is back and while it’s a baffling pity that these games release so late into the Formula 1 season as opposed to FIFA which releases roughly when most major leagues start up. That doesn’t matter though. What matters is that the game looks pretty and for the first time, Codemasters Racing is including classic content to the game.
Players can race around numerous legendary tracks from the 80’s – some call it the golden era of F1. F1 Classics, introduced by legendary broadcaster Murray Walker, allows players to race iconic 1980s cars from Williams, Lotus and Ferrari against drivers including Mario Andretti, Nigel Mansell, Emerson Fittipaldi and Gerhard Berger with more names yet to be added to that roster. Classic circuits will include Brands Hatch and Jerez, hopefully they’ll add the deadly Imola circuit as well.
