The Gran Turismo 6 Demo Is Launching Next Week
You’re probably thinking it’s really soon for a demo of this game to be out. Yep, that was my thought too. Nevertheless, here we have it, next week the demo for Gran Turismo 6 will be out.
According to the PlayStation Blog, the demo promises to be a “tantalising glimpse at what we will see when the game takes to the starting grid later this year.”

It will be free and accessible to anyone. Bear in mind though that it will remain live until August 31.
As for details on the demo itself, it will be a sort of Gran Turismo Academy-style driver training concept in which players learn the necessary skills to “push very expensive track monsters at full speed round impossible apexes.”
Players will get to sample the Silverstone course, which is the spiritual home of the GT Academy, and a confirmed track location in Gran Turismo 6.
Also, keep in mind that GT6 is a current-gen PS3 exclusive. It will release at the end of this year.
However, series creator did reveal that Polyphony Digital does “have a PlayStation 4 version in mind”, but the studio thought it best to release it on PS3 only for now.
