Ken Levine Updates Us On DLC Plans For BioShock Infinite
Don’t get too excited just yet. We all know that Irrational Games announced that they would supply BioShock Infinite with some story DLC in the future, but we have yet to hear anything about these downloadable packages despite Infinite launching all the way back in March, which feels oddly far away now.
People are getting impatient (have you met gamers?), so Ken Levine took to Twitter to reassure fans that they are hard at work on this additional content.

“DLC Update: We are working on it–have been since the game shipped. Things are going well, but plz understand: game development takes time.”
Ken Levine used the word “plz”. Let that sink in for a moment.
When asked if the developer could release some early screenshot, Levine replied apologetically.
“We can’t until we can. Sorry.”
So, nothing new, but at least we know Irrational is still busy with some content. Some early rumours suggested that the new story-driven DLC would feature an all new I companion, almost making the $20 Season Pass attractive enough to pick up no. Whether Irrational Games is waiting until the last minute to reveal their plans or not is up for question, but for now we just have to be patient.
But damn, it’s getting hard now.
