E3 2013: Kingdom Hearts III, Final Fantasy XV Not PS4 Exclusives
Just to clear up any confusion that certainly enveloped fans after the Sony press conference, Square Enix have confirmed that two of the biggest titles shown off during the keynote are not PS4 exclusives. Both Kingdom Hearts III and Final Fantasy XV will be coming to Xbox One as well.
Square Enix’s Shinji Hashimoto spoke about how the new technology behind Final Fantasy XV, formerly known as Final Fantasy Versus XIII, has allowed them to bring the title to more consoles than one. Final Fantasy Versus XIII was originally announced as a Sony exclusive.

“With this tool it’s possible to port the title to various hardware. Following yesterday’s announcement [for PS4] we would like to announce that we are porting Final Fantasy XV to Xbox One as well.”
In addition to this, Square Enix also announced that Final Fantasy XV would not be releasing during their current fiscal year, which ends in March 2014. Sadly, nothing was revealed concerning the release date, or window, for Kingdom Hearts III either.
