Something Star Wars Is On The Horizon
EA recently signed a deal with Lucasfilm giving the publisher the rights to produce ‘core’ Star Wars games over the next few years. Sure, nobody likes EA all too much but it might not be such a bad thing if studios such as DICE, Criterion, BioWare and whoever else EA has in their stable really set out to make some great games.
Technically the deal was struck between EA and Lucasfilm parent company, Disney but haggling over details is for fishermen and architects.

Fusible has spotted multiple new domains filed by Lucasfilm on May 6, including:
What these domains represent is unclear. They could refer to a single game or multiple titles. They could be mobile or console games. It’s anybody’s guess.
Anything involving some combination of rebels, alliances and Wookiees sounds good to me though. I’m not so sure about a wolf pack advneture though, that sounds a lot more like a bad Hangover licensed game.
