Quantic Dream Might Be Branching Out To Multiplayer Games
Quantic Dream is best known for its focused, story-driven singleplayer immersive experiences. They’re not exactly a diverse studio when it comes to gameplay but with Beyond: Two Souls almost out of the gates, the studio is already looking ahead to its next project which may just contain something entirely alien to the developer.
The company has posted a job listing for a lead online programmer with a “very deep and high knowledge of online gaming; network developments.” The listing also recommends the applicant have worked on a triple-A game with “significant experience in multiplayer gaming.”

So, Quantic Dream is branching out into the realms of multiplayer? Whatever they’re working on, it can’t be anything like what they’ve previously done if it involves multiplayer.
It will certainly be intriguing to see where this news leads to and what the developer has planned for its next-gen title.
