XCOM FPS Delayed To 2013

As you should know by now, after initially announcing a first person shooter follow-up to the classic XCOM series, publisher Take-Two announced that there would also be a true-to-roots strategy game releasing, entitled X-COM: Enemy Unknown.
Now 2K Marin’s first person shooter XCOM has suffered a further setback, after complaints from fans about the direction of the series, since its announcement.

Previously set to launch on March 6th, 2012, the FPS variant has now been pushed to the financial year ending March 31, 2013.
Meanwhile, the strategy variant, eloquently titled with a hyphen for the sake of differentiation, will be releasing as planned, which means that it will now be releasing before the FPS variant.
To clarify, X-COM: Enemy Unknown will release this year, while XCOM will release next year.
Which version are you looking forward to? Played the classic games, perhaps?
