Bioware’s Next Project Makes An Incredible First Impression
See the image above? That is your first look at what is busy being cooked up in the factory of Cavie’s dreams, namely Bioware. The developers of critically acclaimed RPG, Mass Effect, and upcoming MMO, Star Wars: The Old Republic, are hard at work on a brand new IP, and if the picture above is anything to go by, prepare for something explosive.
At first glance, the image does give off a familiar feeling though. Does anyone else see a bit of RAGE in the picture? It’s only been a month since id Software’s new IP hit shelves, and already it seems that Bioware have jumped on the bandwagon. Or have they?

What do we know so far? Not too much really. Formerly referred to as simply ‘New Project’, Game Informer’s Jim Reilly refers to it as a new franchise, meaning it’s not tied to Bioware’s former properties.
We’re going to have to wait a few more weeks before we know anything solid about Bioware’s new project. The game will be officially announced at this year’s Video Game Awards, which will debut on Saturday, December 10 on Spike.com. What do you think Bioware is up to?
